NPC researchers and families from all over the world gathered in Tucson, AZ on June 3-6, 2017 for the annual Michael, Marcia, and Christa Parseghian Scientific Conference for Niemann-Pick Type C Research. It was a great opportunities for scientists to collaborate and share their advancements in research. There were also a number of NPC families who were able to meet the researchers who work every day to help find a treatment or cure for NPC disease.
Speakers included APMRF funded researchers, members of our Science Advisory Board, and scientists and physicians from many institutions including Stanford, UCSD, Rutgers, RushU, WashU, NIH, Notre Dame, Northwestern, Michigan, and many other top institutions.
Thank you to all of the attendees who traveled a long distance to be present. A special thank you to Sucampo for your support of the conference.
